Justin Sarette

Justin is an Installation Technician at OnSite Energy, bringing a unique blend of experience in civil construction, electrical utilities, and commercial electrical work to the team. He studied Conservation Ecology and Forest Management at Sterling College in Vermont, where he developed a strong foundation in environmental stewardship and land management.

Originally from Hopkinton, New Hampshire, Justin first came to Montana to work as a wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service. His background in hands-on, high-intensity field work made the transition into solar installation a natural fit.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys turning wrenches—working on everything from dirt bikes to trucks. He’s also an avid hunter and fisherman, spending as much time as he can immersed in Montana’s wild landscapes.
