Shayne Durfee
Design Manager
Shayne Durfee is the Design Manager at OnSite Energy, bringing more than a decade of experience in the solar industry. He holds a degree in Energy Management and has been working in solar since 2010. Shayne began his career in San Diego as a project developer before relocating to Utah in 2016, where he served as Director of Operations for multiple solar companies. In 2024, he moved to Montana to join the OnSite Energy team, applying his deep technical and operational expertise to designing high-performance solar systems across the state.
Outside of work, Shayne enjoys rock and ice climbing, skiing, fly fishing, and exploring sustainable building practices.
