Spencer is a seasoned executive with nearly a decade of experience in helping mission focused, renewable energy companies develop and execute their growth and financial strategies. Spencer serves/has served on several boards including the Burlington Electric Commission (Chair), the New England Federal Credit Union-NEFCU (Vice Chair), and the Vermont State Employees Credit Union-VSECU (Chair and Treasurer). Spencer is also a 2012 graduate of NEPPA's Public Utility Management Program, a 2023 graduate of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values' Governance Academy, and has been an advisor to two utility sponsored incubators focused on the energy industry.
